Terms and ConditionsWhen confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order - it does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. We deliver your order right away, and will normally dispatch your order to you within 2 business days (assuming the items ordered are in stock). International orders are generally received in under 6 days, though please allow upto 28 business days. If your item is not in stock, we will email you before deciding how to proceed. Taxable items have the new 15.% VAT (sales tax) added. We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. In addition, customers from the European Union are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. ReturnsReturns are part of our service. You can shop with confidence. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, or the incorrect item is supplied, Raygill Clothing will refund the full purchase price including P&P. However if you have decided that you don't want the product, postage and packing costs are your responsibility - we will only refund the price of the product.Any product you return must be returned complete, in clean unworn condition, in its original packaging and with all labels still attached. Any free goods supplied as part of the product purchase must be returned with the product, otherwise we may deduct the full list price of the missing items from any refund. We recommend you get the free proof of posting certificate from the Post Office. Allow up to 30 days from us receiving your returned item for it to be processed. (Refunds on all internet sales are made through Paypal.) Proof of posting is essential because we do not compensate for returned parcels lost or damaged in transit. If items you are returning are lost or damaged it is your responsibility as the sender to claim compensation from the carrier. We recommend that any items that are sent back should be sent recorded delivery (if values at under £35. For items returned valued at over £35 we recommend special delivery (See your Post Office for the best way to send). ExchangesIf you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size, colour or style, please return it with a returns letter that should have all your contact details on it and your order number then please state what size, colour or style you wish to exchange it for. For these exchanges we do not refund your return postage cost. We would also inform you that on exchanges, Raygill Clothing will charge you for postage on exchanged items. Please enclose cheque for £3.00 , payable to (Mr. B. Clement) to cover the cost of sending the replacement goods to you. Faulty ItemsIn the unfortunate case of an item which has developed a fault which has not been caused by misuse, within a year of purchase, please return it to us for inspection.Upon identification of a fault, we will refund any postage charge incurred by the customer, & send a replacement or issue a full refund.
